This is a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role based at Kia of Cape Coral in Cape Coral, FL. The Salesperson will greet customers in the showroom and on the lot, listen to their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations. The role involves explaining vehicle features, pricing, and financing options in a clear, transparent way, and assisting customers with completing sales paperwork and related documentation.
The Salesperson will follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and text to build long‑term relationships and encourage repeat and referral business. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an up‑to‑date understanding of Kia models and inventory, keeping the showroom and vehicle displays presentable, and collaborating with finance and service teams to support a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications- Proven customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, including comfort discussing pricing, trade‑ins, and financing options.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems, email, and mobile communication tools.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge about Kia vehicles, features, and warranties.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment with individual and team sales targets.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to safely operate dealership vehicles.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
