BDC Manager

Position Overview

Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral, Florida seeks an Internet/BDC Manager with proven customer service and sales experience. The candidate will manage the BDC department, lead a team of representatives, follow up on leads, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

• Oversee daily BDC operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internet prospects.
• Manage and follow up on leads to secure sales.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of reps.
• Adhere to sales procedures from start to finish.
• Deske internet deals for new and used vehicles.
• Address customer concerns with a strong service focus.
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Track metrics and report on department performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Prior automotive sales experience (required).
• E‑leads CRM system experience (required).
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication skills via phone and in person.
• Excellent listening skills and high energy personality.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor‑vehicle report.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
