Part Time Regular

We are seeking a part‑time sales associate to provide excellent customer service, maintain store appearance, and support sales goals.

• Achieve or exceed established sales, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs.
• Use selling skills and customer service standards as set forth in company training programs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; answer the telephone professionally.
• Maintain store appearance, product knowledge, and operations to company standards.
• Assist store management in maintaining the store; keep sales floor and stock area clean and organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards, including fixture upkeep and display colorization.
• Assist in markdowns accurately and promptly; complete work within deadlines.
• Adhere to security policies and procedures, including zone defense and loss prevention.
• Monitor for potential theft and report incidents to management.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Capable of standing for long periods during the shift.
• Able to lift 15–30 pounds.
