Job Summary

The Med Spa Patient Consultant is responsible for guiding prospective clients through the Bodenvy consultation process from initial inquiry to completed sale. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for new clients, building trust, understanding each client's goals, recommending customized treatment plans, discussing pricing and financing options, and confidently closing sales.

The ideal candidate is competitive, confident, positive, and results-driven with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. While sales performance is the primary focus of this role, the Med Spa Patient Consultant is also expected to support front desk operations and contribute to the overall success of the clinic as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Consultations
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess goals, needs, and treatment interests.
  • Educate clients on Bodenvy's services, treatment options, and wellness solutions.
  • Present customized treatment recommendations and service packages.
  • Confidently discuss pricing, membership options, and available financing solutions.
  • Convert consultations into sales while maintaining a client-focused, consultative approach.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-up efforts.
  • Re-engage leads, unsold consultations, and previous clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales, conversion, and revenue goals.
  • Accurately document client interactions, consultations, and sales activities.
Client Experience & Operations
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through treatment initiation.
  • Work collaboratively with technicians and clinic staff to ensure seamless client transitions following a completed sale.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and responding to inquiries.
  • Support overall clinic operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications Required
  • +2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong consultation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective clients.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, payment options, and financing solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team‑first mindset.
Preferred
  • Experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, cosmetic, medical, fitness, or related industries.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience working in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Previous experience discussing financing options and assisting clients through financing applications.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $55,000 - $65,000 base salary plus commission based on monthly net collected sales
