• 2+ years of consultative, in-home sales experience (HVAC sales a plus).
• A goal‑crushing mindset and proven closing success.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Tech‑savvy with strong computer skills and comfort with digital tools.
• A valid driver’s license and a professional, polished appearance.
• 5+ years of HVAC or retail sales experience.
• Understanding the psychology of sales (turn a “maybe” into a “YES”).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule.
