Growth View Marketing is hiring a Wireless Team Member to represent AT&T in local communities and work directly with customers to provide wireless solutions. This role focuses on sales and customer service, helping customers understand AT&T products, plans, and promotions while delivering a professional and helpful experience.
As a Wireless Team Member, you will engage with customers in person, provide product knowledge, and guide them through AT&T services. The ideal candidate is motivated by sales, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in providing strong customer service while representing AT&T.
- Conduct daily sales interactions with customers while representing AT&T in local communities
- Deliver professional customer service while explaining AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions
- Use strong sales techniques to present AT&T products and services to customers
- Complete sales transactions and assist customers with AT&T activations
- Maintain accurate records related to sales, customer service, and AT&T account updates
- Build relationships with residents by delivering consistent customer service while representing AT&T
- Follow company guidelines for sales, customer service, and AT&T enrollment procedures
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while representing AT&T in the community
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, customer service, and working directly with customers
- Comfortable working full-time in a role focused on sales and customer service
- Ability to learn and explain AT&T products and services clearly to customers
