Part-Time Business Development Representative - SW Florida

Breakthrough MEP is looking for a part-time Business Development Representative to help grow our presence in Southwest Florida
.

This is a flexible, relationship-focused sales role for someone who is outgoing, professional, and comfortable making introductions, opening doors, and following up with potential clients. The right person will help identify new business opportunities, connect with local contacts, and represent our company in a polished and trustworthy way.

• Reach out to prospective clients and referral sources in Southwest Florida
• Build relationships with decision-makers and local contacts
• Introduce our services and explain how we can support their needs
• Schedule calls, meetings, or follow-ups with qualified prospects
• Keep track of outreach activity and provide regular updates
• Represent the company professionally in phone, email, and in-person conversations

• Has sales, business development, recruiting, client relations, or networking experience
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Communicates well and follows up consistently
• Enjoys building relationships and creating new opportunities
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Part-time with flexible hours. This role may be remote, field-based, or a combination depending on location and opportunity.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and structure.
