HVAC Sale​/Service Technician

Do you live in Cape Coral, Florida or the surrounding area? Are you a motivated, people‑oriented and experienced HVAC Technician with a strong passion for Sales? Kelly Air Systems is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Sales/Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

• 5+ years of HVAC service and sales experience (residential/light commercial)
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Prior sales experience with strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in residential settings and climbing into attics or crawlspaces when needed
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or HVAC certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work in attics/crawl spaces, and use basic hand/power tools
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints

• Conduct in‑home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present customized solutions
• Prepare and deliver accurate job estimates and proposals
• Close sales and coordinate with the installation and service teams
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, equipment options, and financing
• Build lasting customer relationships through trust and product knowledge

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation systems
• Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and tune‑ups on HVAC equipment
• Explain findings and solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and manage truck stock inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings/training
• Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members

• Visual demands: prolonged use of a computer screen and reviewing documents
• Lifting/carrying equipment using proper safety protocols, as necessary
