Apartment Maintenance Technician – Cape Coral, FL (200-unit community)

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $35.00

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make‑readies)
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain property grounds, including light landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests (may include on‑call rotation)

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Frequent walking, bending, climbing, and standing
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions

• Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour
