We're looking for a Field Service Seasonal Welder to join our dynamic team and take on critical installation and repair projects across the U.S.

This is your chance to work with a leader in the expansion joint industry—serving major industrial clients while expanding your skills in structural welding, installation, and field diagnostics.

• Perform on‑site TIG, MIG, Stick, and structural welding on HVAC, piping, exhaust, and ducting systems
• Install and repair expansion joints using stainless steel, carbon steel, and high‑temperature alloys
• Diagnose and fix failures in the field, often under challenging environmental conditions
• Communicate with clients and project managers regarding work progress and technical needs
• Maintain accurate service records and follow detailed welding procedures
• Ensure safety compliance at all times and wear appropriate PPE
• Travel frequently to job sites with possible extended stays and short‑notice mobilization
• Support your team in a variety of job site tasks to ensure project success

• 5+ years of field service welding experience (preferably in industrial, expansion joint, or construction industries)
• Strong knowledge of TIG, MIG, Stick welding, and welding in confined or high‑heat environments
• Familiarity with ASME and AWS codes and safety standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 100% of the time
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, kneel, and work in various weather and job site conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications a plus

• OSHA or other safety training credentials a bonus
