Air Conditioning Service and Installation Techs

Responsibilities- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Inspect equipment and perform repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Provide customers with repair vs. replacement options on all non‑warranty equipment.
- Apply Cool Air USA stickers on all equipment serviced.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Keep company truck and tools properly maintained.
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
- Previous experience in HVAC or related fields.
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Own hand tools, power drill, and gauges.
