The Boat House of Cape Coral Service Department is looking for an experienced Mobile Marine technician to join the team!
Join our team performing mobile marine repair throughout Cape Coral
! We're looking for a skilled technician with 5+ years of experience to provide top-quality service directly at customer docks and marinas.
- $18–$45/hr – competitive pay based on experience
- Sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team
- Monthly bonus program after 90 days for performance

- Perform mobile repairs and maintenance on a variety of boats and marine engines at customer docks and marinas throughout Cape Coral
- Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and routine service for engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in propulsion, steering, and onboard electronics
- Maintain accurate service records and document completed work
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance during all service calls
- 5+ years of marine technician experience (mobile experience required)
- Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible mobile work throughout Cape Coral
