Pest Control Technician – Termite

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full‑time Termite Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a position paid at an hourly rate.

• Determine prescribed treatment as marked on the inspection graph and specification sheet.
• Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed.
• Apply wood‑destroying organism treatments: install Termite bait station, trench & apply liquid treatment, drill & apply liquid treatment, spray application of product to affected areas.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; we will train the right person.
