Finicky Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as High-Rise Window Cleaning Technicians.

Previous window cleaning experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.

Our experienced team will teach you professional window cleaning skills, including:

• Professional window cleaning techniques
• High-rise and elevated work procedures
• Proper use of professional window cleaning equipment
• Safety procedures and job-site awareness
• Equipment care and maintenance
• Commercial window cleaning methods
• Professional customer service
• Teamwork and communication
• How to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Assist with professional window cleaning projects
• Learn and perform exterior and interior window cleaning
• Work as part of a professional window cleaning crew
• Follow all safety procedures and training
• Properly use and care for company tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work outdoors in Florida weather
• Learn to work safely and professionally at elevated heights
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• Represent Finicky professionally at customer properties
