Job Summary

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers. Minimum age of 18, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to an insured vehicle required.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verify order accuracy over the phone and in person.
• Coordinate motor skills for equipment handling and product preparation.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 to 90 degrees or higher.
• Exposed to food fumes, cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Verbal and telephone communication.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.

• Standing – Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking – For short distances on tile, brick or linoleum in food process areas. Height of work surfaces 36–48 inches.
• Lifting – Unload bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stack onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying – Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) and pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray) over short distances.
• Pushing – Move trays on dollies requires force up to 7.5 lb; trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
