• Process vehicle titles accurately and within company timelines
• Research and resolve title issues
• Follow state‑specific titling guidelines
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries professionally
• Perform administrative support (data entry, filing, document prep)

• Minimum 1 year of automotive titling experience
• Knowledge of title documentation requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Solid computer skills
• Professional communication and phone manner
