Overview

Full-Time (40 hours per week)

• Provide clerical, data and financial management support and operational coordination for the department.
• Utilize strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality in assisting with operational details.

• Education: High School plus specialized training (minimum 6 months)
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License for all Mercy locations
• Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum working as an office manager or department assistant
• Certification/Registration: (as applicable)
• Other Skills and Knowledge: Strong oral and written communication, ability to read manuals, numerical calculations, prioritization of work, time and materials management, and supplier/contractor performance management
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with database management

• Education: 2+ years of formal training in data management, accounting, purchasing, or office management; familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Share Point
