- Provide full administrative support for the Director and other professional staff
- Provide budget support to Director
- Coordinate purchasing, maintenance, and inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Maintain knowledge of functions and services of academic advising
- Provide support to drop-ins, incoming calls, and email
- Maintain support of scheduling software and manage calendars for professional staff
- Data entry in various administrative systems
- Responsible for scheduling front desk coverage, answering phone lines, and supervising and training student employees
- Process Declaration of Major forms
- Provide full administrative support for the Director and other professional staff

- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated experience using online calendaring for multiple team members
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
