We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily operations for commercial construction projects. In this role, you will:

• Manage site activities and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise foremen and trade personnel, ensuring work meets high standards of safety and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve onsite challenges.
• Oversee documentation, subcontractor work, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Report progress and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a superintendent on commercial projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
