Coad Chevrolet is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Body Shop department. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
• Answer phone calls and help customers with questions.
• Keep customers updated on their vehicle repairs.
• Help with paperwork and repair orders.
• Work with the body shop team to keep repairs on schedule.
• Collect payments and keep customer records up to date.
• Help with daily office tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.

• Friendly and enjoys helping people.
• Organized and pays attention to details.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Able to handle more than one task at a time.
• Works well with others.
• Willing to learn.

• Customer service, office, or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and dependable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
