We are seeking an Applications Engineer to support the design and application of plant equipment. This role works closely with engineering and sales teams to develop technical solutions for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, hands‑on approach, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Responsibilities- Develop technical solutions and equipment configurations based on customer requirements
- Create and review designs and layouts using Solid Works or comparable 3D design software
- Support the sales process with technical expertise and product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams on project requirements
- Travel to customer sites for project discussions, site evaluations, and technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Solid Works or comparable 3D design software
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office and engineering environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with plant equipment or industrial manufacturing equipment
- Background in applications engineering or plant design
- Ability to work directly with customers and internal teams
