Senior Project Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing What You'll Do
- Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning.
- Drive process improvements, automation, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, EH&S, and Supply Chain to improve safety, productivity, and reliability.
- Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives and provide technical leadership across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Proven success leading capital projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in chemical processing, polymers, insulation products, composites, or other continuous process manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Lead high-impact projects with a respected global manufacturer.
