Serves as the Laboratory Manager for the Government concrete materials testing laboratory located at Lock and Dam 25, Winfield, Missouri.
Manages, leads, plans, and provides technical oversight for field and laboratory testing of fresh and hardened concrete and concrete constituent materials.
