Casino & Gaming, Customer Service Rep
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The Players Club Clerk is responsible for providing casino players with player tracking cards and all benefits and perks of the Players Club membership. They are also responsible for answering and handling incoming calls.
The position is responsible for learning and communicating the various policies and procedures required of the Marketing Department.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
- Must be able to reach above the head and hold up to 5lbs.
Mental Demands:
- Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to read, write and understand complex instructions and communicate them to subordinates in a way that can be easily interpreted.
- Must be able to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment with loud noise.
Education:
- Prefer a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.
- Must complete all required company training.
