Position:Finance Manager

Location: 357 Siemers Drive

Cape Girardeau, MO

Remote Status: On-Site

• Oversee the finance and insurance department, ensuring compliance with TILA regulations and other relevant laws.
• Process loan applications and conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options.
• Collaborate with sales staff to identify upselling opportunities for additional products and services.
• Prepare and present financing options to customers, guiding them through the loan processing steps.
• Manage title processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions within the dealership's systems.

Skills

• Proficient in financial services with a strong understanding of loan processing and credit analysis.
• Solid basic math skills for calculating financing options and payments.
• Experience in upselling products related to automotive financing.
• Knowledge of TILA regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Previous experience as a loan officer or in a sales role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
