Fintech Compliance Assurance Analyst
Cape Girardeau, MO | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Starting at $22/hr, based on experience

As our Fintech Compliance Assurance Analyst
, you’ll help ensure our fintech programs are operating as expected through ongoing compliance reviews, testing, trend analysis, and partner communication
.
You’ll identify findings and trends, communicate directly with fintech partners, and help make sure issues are resolved — not just identified.

- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reviews of fintech programs, identifying trends, findings, and potential areas of risk.
- Document and communicate audit findings and observations directly with fintech partners
, including follow-up and remediation tracking. - Assist with monthly relationship reporting
, including compliance trends, analysis, findings, and regulatory complaint activity. - Support the research, review, documentation, and resolution of regulatory complaints as needed.
- Maintain organized,
audit-ready documentation and support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and partner compliance reviews. - Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT, and MRV Connect teams to identify concerns, strengthen processes, and support effective compliance oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
. - Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and potential concerns and dig deeper when something doesn’t look right.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work directly with fintech partners.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Experience in banking, compliance, audit, risk, financial services, payments, or fintech preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A growth mindset and willingness to continuously develop your fintech and compliance knowledge.
