Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Grace Reliant's growing Residential Services team is looking to invite a Certified Nursing Assistant to empower individuals with customized support in their own homes in a way that aligns with the heart of Grace Reliant. We exist to help people to live more complete and independent lives.

In this role, you will foster independence while providing necessary living assistance and skill development. We are currently looking for compassionate and well trained staff to assist individuals requiring a high level of assistance. A CNA certificate and/or medical experience is required.

Candidates should have experience in and willingness to perform duties including the following:

• Catheters
• Sit to stand
• Hoyer lift
• Bowel routine
• Transfers
• Enemas
• Brief changes
• Shower
• Stoma care
• Wound care
• Body repositioning

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients according to their Individualized Service Plan (ISP), ensuring their unique needs and goals are met.
• Help clients with daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, cooking, and personal hygiene to promote independence and well-being.
• Provide personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing and some medical care administration.
• Safely transport clients to appointments, classes, and community activities, supporting their engagement and participation in our community.
• Offer encouragement and companionship, fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Experience as a CNA or other medical experience.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own vehicle with current insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
