Summary:
Front Desk team members are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and provides excellent communication providing each guest with personalized service.
- Registers guests in a prompt and friendly manner
- Responds to guest needs
- Promotes hotel services and facilities
- Resolves guest complaints to satisfaction
- Books reservations
- Provides wake up calls
- Maintains accurate listing with current registered guests
