Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, supporting employee development, strengthening our culture, and ensuring our personnel operations run with precision and integrity. As our firm continues to expand, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience from the first interview through long‑term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, payroll, and programs, appropriately escalating issues to the COO when necessary.
  • Execute semi‑monthly payroll and benefit contributions
  • Perform day‑to‑day accounting functions, such as accounts payable, receivable, and other accounting duties.
  • Serve as a supporting member of the firm’s Culture Club committee, assisting with planning and execution of employee engagement and culture‑building activities.
  • Assist in the administration and communication of annual employee benefits
  • Conduct performance review cycles, goal tracking, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training programs, wellness initiatives, and firm‑wide events.
  • Maintain employee communication boards, internal announcements, and related engagement materials.
  • Document and process personnel changes, including new hires, separations, salary actions, supervisor changes, and location changes, accurately and in a timely manner to meet payroll deadlines and maintain data integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of firm operations and growth.

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience preferred

  • Ability to consistently follow up on the implementation of company policies and applicable government mandates.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field
  • 38‑hour work week based on 40 hour per week salaried, exempt position.
