Requirements Must have:
- We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
- An associate degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred, though not mandatory.
- We prefer 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical role.
- We need working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common computer hardware.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities are essential.
- A valid drivers license and the ability to travel between our locations are required.
- We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- We provide first-line technical assistance for computers, printers, scanners, software, and user accounts.
- We troubleshoot Windows workstations, Google Workspace, email, remote access, and everyday hardware issues.
- We set up and deploy computers, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment.
- We travel between our pharmacy locations and contracted facilities to deliver onsite support and install equipment.
- We keep equipment inventory records and technical documentation accurate and up to date.
- We assist with workstation upgrades, technology initiatives, and equipment lifecycle planning.
- We elevate complex server, network, and security matters to our Director of IT.
We are Johns Pharmacy, a growing healthcare organization and locally owned company committed to building a strong long-term IT function. You will work alongside our Director of IT, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of hardware, software, and business technology while supporting multiple pharmacy locations and contracted facilities. This is an in-person role with a starting rate of $18+ per hour based on knowledge and work experience, and we offer benefits including:
