Are you a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a knack for troubleshooting and repair? We are an industry‑leading construction firm seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems, including compressors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, AC and DC motors, and drives.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Test devices to evaluate their performance and safety, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand equipment and system layouts and operations.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using various testing devices and tools.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute maintenance projects.
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with installation, repair, and testing of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with compressors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, AC and DC motors, and drives.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform the demands of the job.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
