Salary: $35 - $41 per hour.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our progressive construction team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the maintenance, installation, repair and testing of electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on various electro-mechanical equipment and systems within the manufacturing environment.
• Installing and repairing electrical systems, wiring, fixtures and power equipment in accordance with NEC and other applicable standards.
• Testing devices and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Utilizing CMMS for tracking and reporting of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to understand equipment layout and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Working with PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting and maintaining systems.
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as required.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in handling 24
  
  VDC to 480
  
  VAC electrical systems.
• Demonstrable experience with PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A relevant technical degree or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
