The Plant Manager will be responsible for a union plastic manufacturing facility that supports multiple end markets. Lead a team of managers, and work with corporate resource teams to drive improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and maintenance.

Change agent needed. We are seeking a high caliber, hands-on individual that is capable of motivating a team and building a culture of operational excellence.

Location:

Eastern Missouri; in an area known for its unique position along the Mississippi River, many outdoor activities, quality schools and low cost of living.

You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive significant improvements in a timely manner.

• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operation
• Experience with plastic manufacturing processes and technologies
• Training in Lean, 5S, 6
  
  Sigma, etc. is also helpful.
• Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout a facility and a strong understanding of plant financials.
