• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, Night, Morning (4-hour), Evening (4-hour), and Weekend shift options
• Shift differentials available for night or weekend shifts
• Set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off (full-time positions: 7 days out of 14 days worked)

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.
• Part-Time Morning Shift (4-hour):
  Hours vary (morning coverage)
• Part-Time Night Shift (4-hour): 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Part-Time Night Shift: 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.

• Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
• Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
• Assist residents with ADL care as needed
• Answer call lights and take appropriate action
• Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
• Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
• Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
• Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
• Participate in ongoing staff education and training

• Current Missouri CMT certification
• Current Missouri CNA certification
