**** JOB SUMMARY
** Under the direction of the Patient Care Manager the assistant manager supports daily operations for his/her assigned department(s) including the delivery of safe/quality patient care and colleague support. The assistant manager models the commitment to Saint Francis Healthcare’s mission/vision/values.
** JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
**** Education
* * Associate's degree in nursing- required
** Licenses/Certifications
** Nursing License in the state of Missouri
- RequiredBLS
- RequiredNRP
- Required PALS
- Required within 6 months of start date
** Experience
* * Three (3) years NICU experience- to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team- required
