Position: Assistant Manager (RN) - Level III NICU

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Patient Care Manager the assistant manager supports daily operations for his/her assigned department(s) including the delivery of safe/quality patient care and colleague support. The assistant manager models the commitment to Saint Francis Healthcare’s mission/vision/values.

Job Details & Requirements Education

Associate's degree in nursing - required

Licenses/Certifications
  • Nursing License in the state of Missouri
    - Required
  • BLS
    - Required
  • NRP
    - Required
  • PALS
    - Required within 6 months of start date
Experience

Three (3) years NICU experience - required (to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team).
