**** JOB SUMMARY
** Provides advanced, comprehensive patient care across multiple Medical–Surgical inpatient units by applying evidence-based nursing practice, rapid clinical assessment skills, and independent decision making. The Float Pool RN functions as a highly skilled generalist who adapts to varying patient populations, acuity levels, workflows, and unit specific protocols while ensuring continuity of safe, compliant, and high-quality care.

**** Up to a $20,000 sign on bonus or $30,000 in student loan repayment!
** Time Type:
Full time (72 hours per 2 week pay period), with benefits

Typical

Hours:

Variable Shift, 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Education:

- Bachelors of Science in Nursing- required

License/Certification:

- Active nursing license in the state of Missouri- required- BLS- required- ACLS- preferred

Experience:

-Three (3) years Acute Care Medical Surgical Nursing (RN) Experience- required Sign-on bonus subject to eligibility
