Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and Vice President of Patient Care, the Registered Nurse administers individualized age‑appropriate patient care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patient according to established nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act of Missouri.

Job Details and Requirements

    Full Time (72 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)

    Hours:

    Night Shift, 12 hours/shift, weekend/holiday rotation
Education
  • Graduate of an approved professional nursing program – required
  • BSN – preferred
Certification & Licensures
  • Licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Missouri – required
  • BLS – required upon hire
  • PALS or ACLS, and NRP – required within 90 days of hire
Experience
  • Experience consistent with the Professional Advancement Program
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
