Family Nurse Practitioner – Cape Girardeau, Missouri
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan while promoting wellness, preventing disease, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. This position offers the opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine in a collaborative environment where patient relationships are valued and providers are supported.

Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Provide preventive healthcare services
- Perform women's and men's health evaluations
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications in accordance with Missouri law
- Educate patients regarding health promotion and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with specialists and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
