Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care under supervision or with RN guidance.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with other departments, and ensure professional accountability for assigned patients.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
- Current LPN license and ability to maintain licensure per state requirements
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or completed within 30 days of hire
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and patient handling tasks
- Preferred certifications include IV certification within 1 year and unit-specific certifications as needed
Provide direct patient care, support patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare team members in a fast-paced clinical setting.
