Position Overview

This role involves providing patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and patients' rights. The nurse coordinates care with other departments and maintains accountability within the scope of nursing practice, aligned with organizational values and ethical guidelines.

• Deliver safe and effective patient care in a float pool setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.
• Adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards of nursing practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold patients' rights.
• Perform duties such as lifting, standing, walking, and maneuvering to meet patient needs.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, and bending.
