Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care
- Ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure and ability to maintain licensure as per state requirements
- BLS certification, with additional unit-specific certifications as needed
Preferred 1 year of RN experience - Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
