Role
Night RN or Graduate Nurse Resident in the Neuro unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with neurological conditions.
- Perform focused assessments and monitor neuro status.
- Administer medications and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about their care plans.
- Document thoroughly in the EHR and support safe discharges.
- Current RN license or completion of nursing program for Graduate Nurse Resident.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
