Position Overview: Responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process and adhering to the Nursing Professional Practice Model. Ensures patient rights, confidentiality, and maintains professional accountability within established guidelines, including legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
• Perform nursing duties consistent with scope of practice and institutional policies.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.

This role is part-time within the Float Pool department, working day shifts. The position emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and commitment to compassionate patient care.
