Specialty-LPN

Mercy is seeking a Specialty LPN to join our compassionate daytime care team. In this full-time role, you'll provide direct patient care, administer medications within LPN scope, and support specialty providers in procedures and exams. You will assist with assessments, documentation, and patient education while promoting safety and infection control. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you'll help coordinate patient flow and ensure exceptional, personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, including vitals, treatments, and medication administration per scope
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care planning in electronic health records
• Support specialty clinic procedures by preparing rooms, equipment, and patients
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and follow-up care instructions
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the RN or provider
• Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all clinical activities
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling support, and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
