Position:
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, working on a PRN basis with varied and rotating shifts.
Responsibilities:Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Ensure care aligns with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications:Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), be eligible for the nursing licensure exam, and hold a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or complete it within probation. No prior experience required.
Skills & Conditions:Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift patients with assistance, and work in high-risk environments involving blood and body fluids. Physical demands include pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. and minimal kneeling, crouching, or crawling. May work varied schedules based on patient care needs.
