Role:
Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care for adult and geriatric patients across various units and facilities within a regional hospital network.
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care, collaborate with diverse care teams, and adapt to multiple clinical settings including Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Stepdown, and more. Float to a minimum of three facilities, ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining licensure.
Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Current RN licensure in the state or compact. One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required depending on unit.
Skills & Physical Demands:Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, ability to work in dynamic environments, and physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds.
Key Duties:Deliver individualized patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and float across units and facilities to support patient needs and operational efficiency.
