Role Overview:
The RN in this position assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care within the operating room. Coordinates patient care with other departments, manages workflow, prepares supplies and equipment, and provides relief during breaks. Assists in department operations, supports orientation of new team members, and collaborates with surgical teams to ensure safe procedures.

• Manage OR patient care in general, urology, plastics, gyn, orthopedic, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Coordinate surgical workflow, room setup, and equipment readiness.
• Support departmental operations and staff orientation.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment.

• Minimum 1 year OR RN experience; leadership skills preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri or applicable compact license.
• Required certifications include BLS; ACLS and CNOR preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus based on experience.
• Educational bridging programs for BSN and MSN credentials.
