Position

Quality Associate

$25 - $30 per hour

• Perform quality testing on production batches and incoming raw materials to verify compliance with product specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections, color matching, and laboratory testing using established procedures.
• Identify out of specification material and communicate quality concerns to production.
• Recommend process adjustments to help maintain product quality and consistency.
• Record test results and maintain quality documentation within SAP.
• Collect, label, and store product samples and retained materials.
• Complete Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other customer quality documentation.
• Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment and records.
• Audit manufacturing processes to ensure documentation is complete and production remains within established process limits.
• Participate in investigations involving customer complaints, nonconforming material, and corrective actions.
• Maintain organized laboratory records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
