Key Responsibilities

Mission Statement/Core Values:
Apply the company mission statement and core values consistently in all interactions.

Guest Focus:
Maintain an average mystery‑shop score of at least 90% and respond promptly and professionally to any guest feedback. Participate in promotional activities and use guests' names when appropriate.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.

Work Ethic:
Support the maintenance of company appearance standards through completion of daily and weekly tasks.

Product Quality:
Adhere to all restaurant guidelines to produce quality products.

Merchandising:
Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.

Replenishment:
Process and replenish merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensure re‑wraps are completed promptly.

Policies and Procedures:
Follow all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.

Sales:
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintain proper cash handling, and encourage guests to purchase needed items.

Safety:
Practice food safety skills and general safety skills, including cleaning up spills, using proper lifting techniques, recording temperatures, and reporting safety incidents to a manager immediately.

Cleanliness:
Ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and meets company standards.

Extra Duties:
Perform additional duties as assigned and collaborate with team members.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must complete our training program, possess a food safety certification, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the shift. You will frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Travel

Very minimal travel is required, with occasional support trips to other stores.
